Finance & Performance Manager

Our client is a global leading management consulting firm.

As a Finance & Performance Manager you will:

• advise and assist clients in optimising their finance function and its underlying processes and systems;
• be involved in performance improvement projects to provide tailor-made, creative and pragmatic solutions to adress complex problems;
• deliver presentations and courses;
• contribute to thought leadership and business development in your area of expertise;
• identify and solve complex issues for the CFO office;
• design financial processes;
• participate in transformation projects within the finance function;
• design a solution that meets client's needs;
• manage a multidisciplinary team;
• demonstrate strong knowledge in the area of planning, budgetting, forecasting and reporting management.

As a Finance & Performance Manager you have:

• a master degree in Business Administration or Economics;
• at least 6 years of experience;
• good language skills in Dutch, French and English;
