Public Finance and Accounting Adviser

Our client is a global leading management consulting firm.

As a Public Finance and Accounting Adviser you will be integrated in a team of professionals who provide high-value advisory services.

• You will cover advice in IPSAS and IFRS.
• You will assist our clients with both the accounting aspects and overall finance transformation aspects.
• Your services will include:
  • High-level diagnostics to identify potential issues and accounting differences,
  • Ad-hoc conversion assistance,
  • Tailored training and workshops,
  • Advice on how to (re-)design specific processes and data collection,
  • Assistance with the implementation and the embedding process of the new accounting environment,
  • Advice on how to set up a reporting platform to generate the financial information under IPSAS/IFRS.
• You will work under the supervision of experienced managers and you will build up the skills and credentials to develop client relationships.
• You will work in teams and you may be required to participate in international assignments abroad.

As a Public Finance and Accounting Adviser:

• You have a master's degree in Applied Economics or Law.
• You can look back on an experience of 2 to 4 years in audit.
• You have solid technical accounting skills (preferably in IPSAS or IFRS).
• You have excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
• You have strong people and communication skills.
• You are analytical and a team player.
• You like to take initiative and are eager to learn.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
