Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant you will:

• take ownership and responsibility for a piece of work;
• develop workplan using hypothesis driven approach and linear logic flow;
• utilize tools and concepts, including the appropriate level of 80/20;
• demonstrate business judgment to develop persuasive conclusions and insights;
• communicate business insights in clear, concise and logical manner;
• develop collaborative, supportive relationships with clients;
• project poise, confidence, and maturity in internal and external communications;
• work collaboratively as member of a case team;
• assist other team members when needed;
• plan and organize time effectively;
• meet deadlines.

As a Strategy Consultant you have:

• a BA/MBA with at least two years previous work experience;
• strong analytical skills;
• a high level of motivation;
• outstanding interpersonal skills;
• the ability to meet deadlines, often within very tight timeframes;
• to travel as required by particular clients and/or assignments;
• the ability to serve a full range of client assignments.
