Valuation Manager

Our client is a global leading management consulting firm.

As a Manager M&A you will:

• analyse and validate the financial, operational, strategic and commercial assumptions underpinning a transaction, a restructuring or a valuation for family-owned, growing companies, larger corporates and private equity institutions for high-profile Belgian and European transactions;
• manage assignments and assist clients in analysing the value of start-ups, small, medium and large companies in the context of M&A deals, fund raising, restructuring and incentive plans;
• analyse the value of intangible assets in the context of purchase price allocations or for transfer pricing reasons;
• develop and review financial models used in project finance and other financial transactions;
• also apply leading-edge tools to help businesses maximise return and enhance value - and uncover hidden value;
• be at the very heart of this, providing insight at every stage of a deal's lifecycle.

As a Manager M&A you have

• a master degree in economics;
• a CFA degree (plus);
• relevant professional qualifications with at least 3 years' working experience;
• excellent business and financial analytical as well as good communication skills;
• the ability to creatively develop sound solutions and to analyse complex business transactions;
• strong business writing skills and strong organisational and managerial capabilities;
• a team-worker attitude;
• the flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and, but to a lesser extent, internationally;
• good language skills in Dutch, French and English.
