Functional Analyst SAP SD/MM/PP

The daily activities are the mix of analysis, redesign and improvement business processes, and management the full life cycle of critical business applications.

• Analyse, optimise and implement business processes and IT business applications with emphasis on inter-departmental solutions and alignment to FDA/GMP guidelines. Ensure business processes are performed in an effective and efficient way.
• Manage the project from initiation through to completion in order to ensure the delivery of expected project results according to agreed quality, schedule and cost constraints while also maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and ensuring achievement of expected business benefits.
• Support and guide end users of the business applications to ensure correct and efficient use of the system. Ensure continuity of business process know-how by means of continued knowledge transfer of the business applications.
• Ensure that data within business applications is available, correct and consistent given that this information is used to support mission critical processes as well as to provide corporate financial and performance reporting. Ensure that all loggings and audit trails required by GMP are available, complete and correct.
• Maintain current knowledge in industry best practise and technology innovations in order to design and implement business applications architecture in line with business strategy.

• University degree in applied sciences (economics, finance, logistics, …)
• A thorough experience in a production environment. General knowledge of production planning, supply chain and inventory & warehousing concepts
• Experience with the customization of the SAP MM, WM, PP and QM modules.
• Experience with Computer Systems Validation
• Understanding of the ISO quality system, preferably life science specific regulatory compliance systems (FDA, CE, …)
• Proven track record in project management .
