My client is consultancy company in full expansion located in Antwerp.
Various projects in mainly: Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Leuven and the Westhoek.
My client their projects are at end clients and there is no way of boddy shopping.
The employee has the luxury of refusing projects.

Analyze business process to define application functional requirements & technical specifications
Responsible for developing application design specifications and participates hands-on in developing code.
Provide strong technical delivery skills and ensures best practices and standards for application development are adhered to in all phases of the life cycle of the project.
Works in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance and technical guidance to the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and other team members throughout the development life cycle
Demonstrates excellent, audience-appropriate communication skills with peers, the business and all levels of management.

At least 2-3 years of experience in Java/J2EE
Must be proficient in OO concepts, design best practice, JEE frameworks..
Good knowledge in Spring, Hibernate
Hands-on experience in administration of JEE middleware products (JBoss, WebLogic, or Websphere).
Excellent team interaction skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
