Functie

  • Assist in successful implementation and ongoing operations
  • Proactively monitoring and resolving issues in transportation service delivery
  • Continuously monitoring network performance and identifying key areas of improvement; charter and/or lead optimalisation projects
  • Ensure maintenance of shipping standards, routing standards, and centralized rate database
  • Maintaining communications with the Carriers, Suppliers and Plants in order to ensure operational issues are resolved on timely basis
  • Providing advice and direction on traffic matters (rates, services, carrier selection, reliability etc) and ensuring availability of alternative services

Profiel

  • Strong track record in Maritime transportation - Bulk, Break Bulk
  • Strong analytical Skills - combined with overview in all aspects of transportation processes
  • Strong communicator to present your analysis and findings on management level
