The Citrix administrator is part of the IT Systems department, which is itself a department within IT. IT Systems department provides design, monitoring, operation and implementation of computer based services. It ensures optimum availability, security and performance of server infrastructure within a global scope. The Citrix team itself provides the environment for several thousands of users worldwide, needed for daily operations.

• You will guarantee the availability of the Citrix farm/applications at all time, providing services on a global scale while adhering to technical standards and strict DHL security guidelines
• You will deploy servers, update existing applications, and make new applications available, all following strict rules for testing/deployment.
• You will troubleshoot and solve day to day problems reported by users.
• You will provide expert advice to tackle problems or improve the environment
• You will execute specialized tasks to maintain stability of the servers located in Brussels datacenter in order to provide all sites with fully operational systems at the highest availability rate, featuring the best cost/benefit ratio and minimum interruption of the business processes depending on the Citrix environment

• You have a broad knowledge of Citrix main components and the respective operating systems
• You have a good knowledge of related products: eg. For profile management, application packaging
• Your Knowledge of Citrix AGEE is a plus
• You have experience with large server farms: many users, many applications
• You are used to the Automation of application setup/config
• You have a medium programming or scripting experience
• You have a minimum of 3 year experience with Citrix Presentation server (XenApp server)
