Functie

  • You will organize a major change within the company as your role as Service Owner will be coördinating the development of a generic software solution while today each client has his specific requirements
  • You will be accountable for a specific service within an organization regardles of where the underpinning technology components processes or professional capabilities reside
  • You will be the single point of countability and you will provide the level of attention and focus required for its delivery to ensure that the service is managed with a business focus
  • You will continuously suggest and make improvements and you will manage the effects of the suggested improvements
  • You will be the primary stakeholder in all of the IT processes which enable or support your service
  • You will manage the delivery and ongoing development for the following middleware services:
    • Mercury Quality Center & Loadrunner
    • Anti-virus tools
    • Jive Social Software
    • Central Job Scheduling
    • File Interface Management
    • SAP Solution Manager

Profiel

  • You have a degree in computer science combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience
  • You have experience in technical product/service management
  • You are ITIL certified and have ITIL process experience and a drive for continuous improvement
  • You interact and communicate effectively and have a broad working knowledge of technology environments
  • You have strong customer orientation skills with the ability to translate customer needs into service requirements
  • You can demonstrate strong leadership and you have very strong partnership skills
  • You have experience with service lifecycle management ranging from design, through implementation and operation, and including costing, risk analysis, performance and provisioning
