SR SAP HR Consultant
Functie
Within this division the department HR System Integration provides 'implementation and maintenance activities to leading organizations from the private and public sectors concerning the automation of HR processes. Client’s consultants are characterized by a solid technical expertise, versatility, customer focus, passion and commitment to the team. The department consists of a Project Management Office, from which the project methodology is built and deployed within a number of teams that focus on automation of HR processes.
• carrying out functional analysis of the customer;
• implementing SAP HCM projects at the client, more specifically, Time Management and / or Payroll project;
• ensure continuity and proper operation of implemented processes, systems and tools;
• support and advice to customers;
• building a trusting relationship with the customer and be alert for additional HR automation needs;
• supporting and coaching SAP consultants on a project;
• actively participate in the prospecting phase;
• closely follow developments in your field.
Profiel
• a higher education partner;
• Minimum 5 years experience with implementation projects and / or maintenance in SAP HCM (Time Management and / or Payroll);
• a motivated person who strives for maximum customer satisfaction;
• willing to travel occasionally in Belgium and abroad
