Technical Project Manager AND E2E Test Manager in Cards & Clearing

My client in Brussels is looking for a Technical Project Manager AND E2E Test Manager in Cards & Clearing for a migration project.

Clearing :

• Follow up and coordinate the C2P package with different stakeholders:
  o System production and development
  o Coordinate the development of the bridges
• Follow up and support of the users during the change of procedures :
  o Make sure that they understand the operational changes induced by the use of the bridges
  o Make sure that the users can access all elements to the reconsiliation and know how to react in case of problems.
• Ensure the technical coordination with the external partners (KBC/Europabank/ING/C2P)
• Set up, define and coordinate a test plans with the users, the IT and the different partners
• Follow the impact of an external project « migration UCV/CEC towards STET » on the migration project :
  o Evaluating impacts/risks
  o Anticipating the actions that need to be taken
  o Communcating with other teams
• Reporting to different WG and Steering
• Ensure the follow up of the production of the bridges
  o Evaluate risks and manage the SLA’s

Cards :

• Define the scope for the back and front end.
  o Validate the analysis concerning deadlines
• Coordinate different developments and interventions of different stakeholders on the technical side
  o Define operational changes of the bridges with the users
  o Define the changes with the two issuers
• Follow the impact of an external project « Bancontact MisterCash SEPA » that will have an impact on the Cards domaine and also on the clearing domain for the testing
• Plan the test cases with all concerning partners
• Support the users
• Point of contact for all communication with the IT
• Report and Participate on the Steering

Experience in all above requirements for the execution of the role.

• Attractive daily rate

• Contract: 18 months (3,6 month renewals)
