Test Manager - Payment industry

My Client at the forefront of financial services is looking for an experienced Test Manager.

The Test Manager will be responsible for running a major strategic programme managing the full testing life cycle covering all aspects of system, performance, regression and UAT testing. The successful candidate will have strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.

Essential technical and management experience include:

- Strong test lead or consultant experience
- ISEB Test Practioner or ISTQB Advanced certification
- Previous experience leading large diverse teams with experience of matrix and performance
management
- Exposure to the management of suppliers and resources
- Expertise in Test Management disciplines
- Knowledge of project management and test lifecycles

Desirable knowledge includes -

- Exposure to the Life and Pensions industry
- Working knowledge of non-functional testing and the relevant tools
- ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification

Offer:

- Renewable 3 months contract
- Based in Brussels
- Rate: 550€
