Treasury Consultant - Banking & Cash Management

Our client is a global leading management consulting firm.

As Treasury Consultant in Banking & Cash Management you will:

• be responsible for performing treasury projects with a focus on enhancing and facilitating all types of relationships between Corporate Treasury and its banking counterparties;
• supervise the process from strategy definition to implementation, including advising on best banking communication tools;
• manage and build upon your own network as well as on the existing network within both the banking and corporate treasury community;
• maintain a detailed knowledge base of all products, strategies, pricing and services adopted by the key Banking players;
• advise corporate clients on the potential benefits and implementation of working capital management (WCM) initiatives such as payment & collect factories and financial shared service centres.

As Treasury Consultant - Banking & Cash Management you have:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in international banking and cash management and you have hands-on experience with large scale banking and cash management restructuring;
• wide network of banking and/or corporate treasury contacts;
• a good understanding of possible international banking and cash management issues;
• the ability to work in a team-spirit environment and have strong interpersonal and CRM skills;
• the ability to work independently and you are a teamleader;
• good language skills in English and have very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French (other European languages are an asset);
• the willingness to travel and to work on international assignments;
• knowledge of the following would be considered an advantage:
• ACT-certified International Cash Manager (ICM);
• SWIFTNet for corporate deployment;
• Treasury risks, policies, processes and controls;
• Treasury and banking IT systems;
• Payment & collection factory set-up;
• Financial shared service centres.
