Marc Van Rijselberghe: "We are currently building a new production line in an old plant. Specifically for the network of pipelines, we were looking for piping designers who master the Autoplant 3D software and who are able to really own a project. Innovative thinking and sharing knowledge with fellow process and E&I engineers are indispensable skills. We support and encourage refreshing ideas, if they seem feasible. Our engineers are realists who comply with our vision and strategy. Moreover, they don't mind getting their hands dirty on the floor when needed."
