On April the 30th, we went on air!
During the covid-19 lock-down measures in Belgium, we got the feedback from a lot of our colleagues that they missed the Strand vibe. Like everyone in Belgium, they needed to stay in and our events got postponed.
Luckily, it is not in our DNA to be ordinary and just accept the status quo... We challenge it. Our event team, Jana & Nick, put their heads together and came up with a great idea: why don't we host our very own radio show? That way, we can bring our colleagues together in a safe way and bring the Strand vibe right to their speakers at home.
We created a full program, a StrandFM website, playlists, a quiz, recipes ...The response was amazing!
