We are a boutique consultancy partner for companies in need of Engineering, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management and/or ICT & Digital expertise. Our focus is always creating added value in line with your business goals through deployment of expertise-driven (teams of) consultants. We heavily invest in the industry knowledge of our associates so they really understand you. 

Active for more than 8 years, we recorded a constant double digit growth and aim at growing exponentially: by the end of 2019 we want to have doubled our staff and revenue.

Who we're looking for

You know what you want in life, you wake up and know what you’ll stand for: you have your personal goals in life. Recruitment is not your only « hammer » : you understand the business challenges of your clients and the trends of their industry; you can talk business and propose them solutions. You know that discipline and planning is freedom.

Typical previous experience:

  • Senior recruiter: min. 4-7 year in the business; minimum of 24 placements per year.
  • Business Consultant in a specific industry or expertise – driven by sales and people management.

Desired education:

  • Bachelor or Master level, non engineering – business administration, psychology, HR oriented.
  • Relevant successful experience in sales or/and consulting.

English with a mastery of either Dutch/French.

What you'll get

We’ll strech you out of your comfort zone, and we’ll also reward you beyond what the market offers:

  • Annuity: obviously we’ll reward you on the volume of consultants you place, this way you’ll build an annuity (recurring reward); this variable portion grows up to 40% of the gross profit you generate each quarter!
  • We grow so you’ll grow! On top of your base salary, the quarterly annuity (the amount you get in proportion of the people you placed) will serve a basis for 2 boost bonuses:
    • Quarterly Growth bonus: anytime you significantly grow your business each quarter, you’ll be rewarded on top (up to 50% of your variable);
    • Annual Super bonus: at the end of the year, when you reach (or beat) your individual target, you get an extra bonus (again up to 50% of the variable)!
  • Because we value our code of practice, being compliant will bring you another extra 10%.
